We are the clay, you are the potter;
we are all the work of your hand” (Isaiah 64:8).

Special Prayer Request   Leave a comment

Hello,

For some time many of the roads in and around St Marc have been in the process of many improvements. The road in front of Marcel’s home finally was scheduled for being upgraded. The road will receive asphalt (or concrete). What wasn’t known was the road being widened by approximately 11 meters. The only notification was posted signs. Heavy equipment came through and tore down the walls in front of the homes along his road, including Pastor Marcel’s, head of EMEVI ministries in Haiti. In some cases even homes came down. They have not finished and it looks like the mango tree (some of you can relate to where it’s at by his gate) will be town down also. He’s not sure if he will lose any of the patio or front of his house as of yet…

They have set up a temporary fence for now. When they find out where this will all end construction on a new wall will proceed.

All this on top of Camp Meeting preparations for later this month, a new foundation for a home starting tomorrow, and plans to start working on trusses for a new kitchen area at Bois Neuf. The trusses is a project now on hold.

Pray as you feel led. Pastor Marcel is very tired after a long day and much more is still ahead.

In the midst of the storm – peace be still.
