Water, Part 2   Leave a comment

“You care for the land and water it;
you enrich it abundantly.
The streams of God are filled with water
to provide the people with grain,
for so you have ordained it” (Psalm 65:9).

After it rains, Haitians collect the water to use later. Sometimes it’s manual, carrying the water via a bucket to store in a cistern.

However, God provides for our needs. The Lord gave Haitians people willing to help. The Lord provided some pipe that wasn’t in use and some sealer. The Lord supplied a few hours to create a new system for the water to be redirected into the cistern. Click on WaterPart2 to see the building of the system in process.

Now, when it rains, the people can enjoy listening to it patter on the tin roof, rather than running to collect the rain. We thank the Lord for the rain, and for the ability to use it later.

Bondye, ou fè lapli tonbe an kantite sou latè. Ou ba li fòs ankò, paske li te fin pèdi tout grès li. Sòm 68:9.
